The smart use of research and data can strengthen all parts of the policymaking cycle and, in the integration field, lead to better outcomes for immigrants and the societies in which they live. The SPRING project promotes an evidence culture and provides policymakers and practitioners with the resources and skills to develop more effective and evidence-informed integration policies in the future.
This toolkit places relevant resources and tools at policymakers’ and practitioners’ fingertips to help them maximise impact and develop more effective integration policies and practices. The toolkit gathers useful tips, tools, and resources that ensure each stage of the policy cycle fosters policies that are rooted in evidence. The toolkit tackles each stage of the policy cycle (from policy design and implementation, to policy evaluation and evidence dissemination), while also providing strategies to effectively use funding to foster integration policies that work.
